Each integration delivers straight from your phone — your recordings never touch our servers. Here's how to set up each one.

Notion

Each note becomes a new page in a database — title plus the full transcript.

  1. At notion.so/my-integrations, click New integration, name it “Saycast”, and copy the Internal Integration Secret.
  2. Open the Notion database you want notes in → ••• → Connections → add Saycast so it has access.
  3. In the app: Settings → Delivery → Notion, paste the secret, then pick your database from the list.
Todoist

Each note becomes a task — the title as the task, the full text as its description.

  1. In Todoist, open Settings → Integrations → Developer and copy your API token.
  2. In the app: Settings → Delivery → Todoist and paste the token.
  3. That's it — your next voice note lands in your Todoist inbox as a task.
Slack

Each note is posted to a channel — the title bold, the transcript below.

  1. Go to api.slack.com/apps → Create New App → From scratch, then turn on Incoming Webhooks.
  2. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace, choose a channel, and copy the Webhook URL.
  3. In the app: Settings → Delivery → Slack and paste the webhook URL.

Need something else? Saycast also supports a raw Webhook (POST the JSON anywhere), an Apple Shortcut hand-off, or Keep Only to just save notes in the app.
